More than 75K tickets sold for Garth Brooks show, breaking Neyland record

While the latest round of tickets have sold out, a spokesperson said there are still tickets available

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Another round of tickets for Garth Brooks' Nov. 16 show at Neyland Stadium has sold out, but it sounds like there will be more tickets available at some point.

On Friday morning, 6,000 production seats went on sale and sold out in minutes, according to a press release.

So far, over 75-thousand tickets have been sold, the most-ever for an entertainment event at Neyland Stadium.

"When you're dealing with a stadium of this size, everything is bigger. The numbers are bigger, the production holds are bigger. The number of people who showed up today was bigger. I can only hope this means the fun in this stadium is going to be bigger than I can imagine!" said Brooks.

The release said that they anticipate a crowd of 80-thousand at the show, and while no further ticket sales have been announced, a spokesperson for the show said it was not sold out and that there are still plenty of tickets available.

There were two previous rounds of ticket sales for the show.

All tickets are $94.95 through official Ticketmaster sales.
