Several East Tennessee counties are restricting safe burn permits today, Jan. 23, according to a tweet from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
Hancock, Blount, Grainger, Monroe and Loudon counties will not be issuing safe burn permits today because of the predicted high winds ahead of tonight's cold front, according to the Department of Agriculture.
