Ingredients:
12 oz pizza dough
2 cups of cut mozzarella cheese, divided
6 oz pizza sauce
8 oz cooked and strained ground chuck
sliced tomato
fresh basil
4 oz chopped, cooked onions
chopped, cooked bacon
Method:
Work pizza dough into a 12" circle, by edge locking to form crust
Swirl pizza sauce evenly
Add onions and 1 cup of cheese
Spread evenly: ground chuck, fresh basil, tomato and bacon
Top with other cup of cheese
